Kadense was the Founder and CEO of a private equity backed middle market consumer business for over 15 years before going full time Web3 with Kadense Advisory. Prior to launching his consumer venture, he worked in public equities at a Technology Hedge Fund.

In 2017, with the retail hype cycle of crypto, Kadense was drawn into the space with the promise of the disruptive, permissionless nature of the tech with shared incentives. He continued to stay active through the bear market trading actively and farming early during the original Defi Summer.

Kadense first participated in NFTs on ETH and before being approached to launch PenguLove on Solana. As NFT project founder, Kadense became more active in the community of web3 and has established himself as a respected key opinion leader KOL and active contributor in the web3 ecosystem.

With his extensive Web2 experience, deep network and resources and conviction in Web3, he has worked with many teams and projects publicly and behind closed doors to help position others for success.
